Refund policy
In compliance with Indian E-commerce guidelines, we offer a transparent return process:

7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible products.

Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. An unboxing video is highly recommended to claim refunds for "damaged on arrival" items.

Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup in select cities for a nominal fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50-100]. If unavailable, the customer must ship the item back to our warehouse.

Refunds: Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet) within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable: Innerwear, cosmetics, and customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene/personalization reasons.
